*Klockownia is very fond of when children will spend a long time with us. However, it is a playroom and is not a nursery point, so an unlimited ticket entitles you to leave your child in the room alone for a maximum of 3 hours. After this time, the caregiver is required to join the child for at least 30 minutes. If you plan to have your child play alone for more than 3 hours, arrange with the front desk staff when you can join him/her as soon as possible taking into account the above rule.

** Each kids ticket entitles the entry of 1 kid and 1 carer. The second carer needs to purchase a ticket to enter Klockownia no matter what time duration the kid’s ticket is. In case of fully booked center the additional career needs to purchase a full ticket valid for the same amount of time as the kids’ ticket. This rule also applies to package tickets, which can only be purchased for 1 child.

*** Discount only upon presentation of proof of child’s age. The discount is granted only on standard ticket prices and does not combine with other discounts, nor does it apply additionally if the customer already enjoys a discount, such as for a child’s disability certificate.

One carer for one child may enter the playground at the price of a child’s ticket – each additional carer is obliged to purchase a valid ticket. Each third and following carer needs to buy a full ticket equal to the ticket of the child.

Parents of the birthday party Jubilee may enter Klockownia free of charge, and one carer for one child (birthday guest) as well. All other adult accompanying carers are required to purchase a ticket.

We always enter Klockownia wearing socks.
